• We prioritise transparency regarding our pricing system. We charge a slightly higher rate per person for longer hikes, as they present more challenges for the guide. All additional fees go directly to the guide to ensure fair compensation for their efforts.

    Transportation costs are included in the hike price and will be calculated based on the distance from the pickup point to the hiking location Lunch isn't included in the price, but can be added. This approach helps reduce food waste and gives you more flexibility.

    Additionally, our agency donates 20% of the profit from each booking to the Nova Onda Foundation, supporting local health initiatives.

  • All hikes can be canceled up to 72 hours in advance without a fee. Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, after 48 hours, no refunds can be issued as arrangements have already been made.

    Cancellations of activities must first be discussed with our partners, as different cancellation policies may apply.
